For the past two years Alana has led the OMNI solution supporting over 25 clients globally on transforming their omni-channel network strategy using geospatial analytics with typical impact of 2-4% revenue uplift for retail and consumer companies. Prior to OMNI, Alana led McKinsey’s New Ventures Competition and created the Launch accelerator program for McKinsey solutions, where OMNI was founded.
