Richard Kelly is a Partner at McKinsey’s Stamford office, head of the Advanced Industries and Manufacturing Practices in North America and representative of McKinsey’s Industry 4.0/ Digital Manufacturing service lines. Over his 16 years at the firm Richard has worked with clients in North America, Europe and Asia in several projects, focused mainly on performance improvements through digital manufacturing, having led diagnostics and prepared strong impact strategies and formulated advanced technology to improve the performance of several mining equipment. Richard has also provided advice to the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute in the USA in technical and organizational areas.

Richard holds an MBA from London Business School, PhD in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from New College, University of Oxford.
