Partner at McKinsey’s São Paulo office and head of QuantumBlack in Latin America, during his 8 years at McKinsey, Pepe worked for clients in Latin America, the United States and Europe, serving mainly financial institutions in several strategic, commercial, analytical and operational issues.

Before joining McKinsey, Pepe worked for over 20 years in international financial service firms, holding senior management positions involving strategy, analytics and CRM analytics, digital channels, marketing and customer experience.

His recent projects include the creation of a propensity model to prioritize client development for a professional services organization; development of “Next Product to buy” models using Machine Learning for SMB customers and retail banks; development of several billing segmentation models for leading banks in the US and Latin America; leading of the CRM transformation for one of the major banks in Latin America; leading of digital channels and cash management at one of the major banks in Latin America; among others.

Pepe holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Universidad Católica de Córdoba (Argentina) and M.B.A. from Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University).
