Jasper van Ouwerkerk

Senior Partner, McKinsey

Jasper van Ouwerkerk is a Senior Partner with the Amsterdam office of McKinsey, and leader of the Digital and Operations practice in the EMEA region. He is also the leader of the Asset Management and Insurance Practices for Eastern Europe. He joined McKinsey 17 years ago, specializing in large-scale transformation processes focusing on client excellence, agile programs, end-to-end digitization and training for performance management.

He recently led digital and performance transformation programs for major European and Latin America banks and insurers, in addition to a global technology, servicing and outsourcing conglomerate. He also led numerous due diligence and asset transformation efforts, and provided expertise in the design and scaling of performance transformations in service organizations world-wide.

Jasper holds a MSc. in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands), and prior to joining McKinsey worked at the chemical-pharmaceutical company Akzo Nobel for five years.
