Fabio Domenech is an Expert Associate Partner with the São Paulo office. He has ample experience in various sectors and is a lead analyst of digital data and technology in purchasing in Latin America.

His latest engagements include (i) leadership of an evaluation program and implementation of a purchasing center (GPO) for private hospitals, including definition of a governance model, purchase and negotiation processes, specification changes and more; (ii) leadership of the purchasing area transformation of a global food and beverage company, with very positive results (impact of ~15%) and a significant improvement in the client’s capabilities; (iii) transformation of a Brazilian retail chain with significant results in multiple work streams, including purchasing and store and logistics operations; (iv) indirect purchases transformation of a large global durable goods company, having also significantly improved the client’s capabilities; among others.

He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Unicamp and a M.B.A. from IESE Business School (Universidad de Navarra – Spain). Before joining McKinsey, he was a Director at A.T. Kearney and General Manager at Procurian.
