Senior Partner, McKinsey

Eldon Little is a Senior Partner with the Dallas office of McKinney and leader of the firm’s CPG Strategy service line in the Americas. Since joining in 2000, he has served clients in several industries, focusing primarily on strategy, M&A and marketing & sales.

Sample engagements include the development of growth and M&A strategies, numerous post-merger integrations and JVs, including a US$ 13 billion transaction and the redesign of a 65,000-employee organization. Over the course of the past 10 years, has led some 40 projects covering the main aspects of revenue management across a variety of consumer sectors, in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Japan, China and Western Europe.

Prior to joining McKinsey Eldon was a Plant Engineer and Account Manager at Celanese, a chemicals manufacturer.  He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rice University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was designated a Baker Scholar for graduating in the top 5% of his class.
