Bo is a McKinsey partner in the Miami office and leader of the Marketing & Sales and Consumer Packaged Goods Practices. Bo leads McKinsey’s innovations in consumer insights and recently launched the firm’s proprietary growth metric, the Customer Growth Indicator.
Recent projects include the design of product and trade tactics for a global confectionery company aimed at innovating and expanding new and existing channels; brand portfolio development for a global consumer goods company; redesign of product offering, including launching of new products and promotional and pricing tactics at item level for a global food company; as well as other projects involving the creation of strategies, planning of marketing and transformations.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Bo was responsible for audience development at wetpaint.com, a digital media company, and also worked at Gallo Winery, integrating the Sales, Sales Insights and Brand Management teams
Bo grew up in Waterford, California, and has a degree in Finance and Marketing from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and serves on the board of the Finneman Scholarship Foundation.
